Recruitment Success Stories
Chelsea King started with Greenwood Hospitality Group after graduating from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. We met Chelsea at a Job Fair just before she graduated and knew she'd be a great fit at the Renaissance Allentown. She began as a Front Desk Agent, was promoted to Front Desk Supervisor, and later joined the sales department as a Sales Coordinator. She now oversees the hotel's business transient business.
A Penn State graduate with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, Allison Graffius started with Greenwood as a Guest Services Agent while home from school. Upon graduation, she was promoted to Front Desk Supervisor and then Guest Services Manager. Later, she was promoted to Housekeeping Manager and currently works as our Executive Assistant and Office Manager in our Sales and Marketing department.
